by Kedgy Larson and Melinda Coyer.
The keynote speaker will
be local author, Judy Christie.

Reservation is required
of all attendees.
To make your reservation, please mail the form included with the
invitation with each attendee’s name, address and payment to S.G.K. for
the Cure, Attn: Survivor Luncheon, P.O. Box 4269, Shreveport, LA 71134.
Please designate if attendee is a breast cancer survivor.
The luncheon is $10 for breast cancer survivors and $20 for all others.
If including guests on your reservation, you must include the name,
address, and if the guest is also a breast cancer survivor with payment so
each attendee may be added to the guest list by name.
Reservations with payment must be postmarked by July 17th
for inclusion on the guest list.
